Vegetable Juice (serves 3)
1 small beat (cut in 1/2 inch pieces)
1 small carrot (cut in 1/2 inch pieces)
1 apple (core removed and cut in 1/2 inch pieces)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/2 inch piece ginger (minced)
1 1/2- 2 cups water
Put all ingredients in blender and blend
until smooth. Press pulp in a strainer so the juice comes out.
Reserve the juice for drinking and compost the pulp or use it
for soup stock.
