Pesto Sauce

2 cups (tightly packed) basil leaves
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan or romano cheese (grated)
1/3 cup walnuts/pine nuts/sunflower seeds or another seed/nut (optional)

Process olive oil and garlic in blender or food processor. Then add basil leaves, cheese, and nuts/seeds. For a crunch, process 1/2 the nuts/seeds and add the other 1/2 without processing. Add warm water to the sauce if it needs more liquid.
